I’m sure I’m far from the only one with this goal.
I know I’m not alone. It’s just frustrating.
I think that the important thing is to take it one day at a time. I think I put too much pressure on myself setting these huge goals, and then get discouraged when they don’t happen in a few weeks.
Really, what it comes down to is what are you going to eat right now? What are you going to do to get your heart pumping and your muscles tones today? That’s it.
