I took both an Adult CPR class and Standard First Aid class through the American Red Cross. I had a great teacher. She was really great.

And the bonus of the whole thing was that there ended up being only two people in the entire class – me and Squirrel! So, blowing air into the plastic dummy and wrapping up fake wounds was much less intimidating.

I took the time to learn it, and I think it’s important, but I hope that I never have to use it.
