In case you don’t know what t’ai chi is, please check out Wikipedia. You might have seen people practicing t’ai chi in a park, or you may have seen a lesson on public television.

I’ve accidentally stumbled across a group practicing t’ai chi in front of the public library up the street from my house. They start early. I have no idea who they are or how to join them. I’ll investigate!
