300. Try Hatha Yoga
Completed many times over.
I’ve actually tried a few different kinds of yoga – Hatha, Yin, Iyengar, and even Ashtanga.
I much prefer the gentler, slower forms like Hatha and Yin. I enjoy pulling my mind’s focus to my body and my breath. I like distracting myself from my relentless lists of things to do and worries and wondering about what the future will hold.
And most of all, I enjoy laying in savasana at the end, releasing and relaxing.
